Review content:
I am so angry with this doctor and the office people. Twice Barry Bertolette, the NP, has written my prescription wrong. The first time he prescribed a medication for me, I began to have severe side effects. I called the office and the receptionist, very hatefully, told me to stop taking it if it was making me feel bad! It is dangerous for a receptionist to tell a patient to stop taking a med.
This week, he was supposed to call in a new medication for me, and when I got to the pharmacy, he had not called it in. When I called the office, he wasn't there, and I was told that he would be back the next day. When I called the next day, he wasn't there. I asked the receptionist if she could call him since they would be closed the rest of the week for Thanksgiving. She was very rude to me and hung up on me 3 times. I need my medication. I paid him $75 to have a 5 minute phone conversation with him and this is what happens??? I would NEVER recommend this group to anyone, in fact the medical board needs to look into them!
