Forget the best of Philly, Horizons Cafe is the best vegetarian restaurant in the country! They take seitan and tofu to a higher level. With creations like Jamaican seitan wings, sopa de tortilla and grilled tofu scallops Horizons delivers! Even my meat eating friends, love Horizons. You've got to taste it to believe it. Oh, and don't leave without trying the vegan coconut-lime cheesecake. It's out of this world. Check out their website and go for a meal. You won't be disappointed. If you don't believe me, check out Craig Laban's, Savoring Philadelphia, Horizon's is highlighted as one of his favorite restaurants. Enjoy!
