As someone who couldn't touch their toes less than a year ago, I'm amazed at the things my body can do now. I just started going to this studio in January, and by 30 days I was totally addicted. The intense physical workout component barely scratches the surface, however. This is a one of a kind pure inside yourself Yoga experience. It completely changed my day to day life by teaching me things about myself I never took the time to acknowledge. And, as we all know, knowledge is power! :-D This practice teaches focus, confidence, patience, and strength (in all senses of the word). If you're looking to strengthen your body, mind, and that third thing (soul, spirit, ego-whatever you wanna call it) this is the place. Yannis's teaching style is snazzy like no other, knowing when to push you and help you when it's needed, and when to back off and let you learn by doing yourself. I could babble on for pages with detailed praises of this place. For serious. Pros: Infinite! Cons: SERIOUSLY addictive
