Review content:
Hello,
I have been a customer of Church's chicken for quite some time. When I moved to Milledgeville, GA I found the location here very quickly and began frequenting the establishment.
Over time, I have noticed that I have a poor experience everytime I go there. My husband loves Church's chicken and likes to eat the food at least twice a month.
Lately, I have felt like I don't want to go there anymore because everytime I go I have to wait more than 25 minutes for a small order (2 people). I see employees converse, lean against the counter, eat behind the counter and leave the counter entirely before my order is complete. I am almost certain that on at least one occasion the food has been delayed on purpose. As well, most times I pick up an order is either wrong or incomplete. In fact, I feel like I have a routine: receive the food in the drive through then park and walk in to correct the order.
Truth be told, I'm fed up and tired of waiting too long for my food. I'm unhappy with the service because it seems like I am an inconvenience to the employees.
