Businiess name:  German & Japanese Auto Spec

Review content:
This last experience with German & Japanese Auto Spec was a little weird, because I had a headlight go out. I have a Mercedes, and it can be difficult to get a headlight, but they found one and told me to bring it in. The technician was working on the car, and then suddenly the headlight wasn't working. He gave me this look almost like it wasn't his fault. I told him that we would wait for the owner to come back, and when he did he took care of it. With a Mercedes it can be problematic to change the lights, so the experience was a little interesting. I have been using German & Japanese Auto Spec as my regular mechanic for 7 or 8 years. They are not just interested in repairing the symptom of the problem; they want to find out what is causing the issue. If something is wrong, like that headlight, and a mechanic just fixes the symptom, then it will most likely happen again. They are interested in actually fixing the problem. I recommend them all the time.
