ITS AN OKAY PLACE TO LIVE. ONE PARKING SPACE PER UNIT (80 UNITS). A ROOF HAS CAVED IN ON ONE BUILDING, THEY SHUT THE POOL DOWN FOR A MONTH. SOMETIMES HARD TO GET YOUR REPAIRES FIXED. BUT THE RENTAL PRICE IS GREAT 695 I BED ?SQFT 795 2 BED @ 1,000+SQFT AND IT DOES HAVE W/D HOOK-UP WHICH IS HARD TO FIND AT THE PRICE AND SIZE OF UNIT. KIDS CAN ONLY PLAY IN PLAY YARD. THERE IS A GRASS AREA BUT YOU CANNOT PLAY ON IT THERE IS A 2ND HOTTUB NEAR PLAYYARD BUT UNUSEABLE
