This used to be a wonderful place to live. It had a few problems but nothing that couldn't be fixed by having a owner that cared more about the building and less about himself and his profit margin and more about the safety of his renters. Then the new team took over. They threw away my money order for the rent Once. Then they bugged me constantly about when I was going to replace it. They go from being very caring and helpful, to being rude, angry and hateful. This building went from being full, turning away renters. To having a building that only has around 20 families still living here. We're only still here because I can't afford to move right now. They pay Joe Doe off the street to do work that shold be done by professionals. I've been forced to go all week without a working air conditioner.. Run, don't walk to somewhere else. It has its share of narcotic dealers, thieves, and g-members. The new management is also quite unprofessional. Do NOT expect the property to be secured by private security. Do NOT expect your vehicles to be out of harms way. Do NOT expect your children to be safe. Definately do NOT expect a well maintained living space. Repairs are NOT handled by licenced professionals. ITS AN OKAY PLACE TO LIVE. ONE PARKING SPACE PER UNIT (80 UNITS). A ROOF HAS CAVED IN ON ONE BUILDING, THEY SHUT THE POOL DOWN FOR A MONTH. SOMETIMES HARD TO GET YOUR REPAIRES FIXED.
