Review content:
The first thing the owner of DCDS driving school should do is to get his secretary/daughter some proper customer service training skills. She certainly isn't doing his business any favors in fact she's a detriment to his business with her condescending attitude and snotty remarks. The next thing they need to do is to hire more driving teachers to handle the amount of students they have. Its obvious that they are woefully understaffed to handle lessons for their clients in a timely manor. Kids have to wait 3 to four weeks to get there next lesson, by which time they've forgotten what they learned at the last lesson. Its ridiculous, I would definitely not recommend this place. You want to be able to go to a school and at the very least be able to schedule one lesson per week without having to deal with a secretary with an attitude.
