When the owner arrived to my house he was EXTREMELY rude. But he had been recommended so I let it go. ( I hadn't answered the door as quickly as he wanted. I didn't hear the bell the first time but did the second time. Big deal) Long story short, $200.00 to light the pilot on the heating system and a total of 10 to 15 minutes in my house. and it wasn't even a weekend. Stay away....thieves.
