Review content:
I was customer for 7 years.Book prices work done right.I needed brakes.Put in rears for $265 and without telling me the fronts were $650 (funny how they sequenced it that way).I brought it to Monroe and they said whole under body was rotted.They should have given me a heads up.This after muffler was installed and fell of manifold- my bad I should have gotten their that day it got ripped off bottom.But then $1K for new system it started to rot and they wouldn't put in for warranty because it was hassle saying ""I didn't drive enough to dry up condensation"".Screw that.You can get work done their competently but you need to bring it to somebody else first to make sure your not getting ripped off.I junked car (they would take it for the $265 I wasted on brakes) because whole underside and brke would have run $3K.I gave them second star because if you know what the score is they are good mechanics and got good work before but just takes one bad experience to dump them (and on them).Go to S&H on East Street where they have same level of competency and seem like they will give a heads up but because it's right thing to do.
