Review content:
I called Virgin America about getting the refund due for a ticket purchased within 24 hours. The woman who answered said she'd have to look into it and would get back to me by email -- eventually. She of course wouldn't identify herself and then gave me a run-around about the measures I could take. Too long to relate all the details, but she occasionally gave plainly misleading answers and all but told me to hang up and then spend the rest of my life trying to reach her again for an actual answer. And they plainly owed me a refund. It was hugely disappointing.
Pros: Someone answered the phone
Cons: Insulting, rude, misleading answers
