When I was ready to cut my18 inches of hair off to donate to Locks of Love, I had NO CLUE what to do! Luckily, I met Aubry. She was able to listen to what I want, trouble shoot thru potential outcomes and do it in a friendly, professional manner. I LOVED my cut and color! Since then I have made several changes to the color (I get a little more venterous as I get more comfortable). She is always willing to ""drop back and punt"" to figure out how to make the changes to both make me happy as well as preserve the integrity of my hair. I would HIGHLY recommend her, especially to young adults. She is, herself, young and a little wild...so she gets it. However, she is able to restrain herself and let the client do what they want to do! Great experiences!
Pros: Great team work & fun atmosphere
Cons: Staff must frequently step away from their work to tend to the front door/phone
