I have been a client since they opened up. Just like anyone, you are hesistant to try someone and some place new. My thoughts were... try it, hair grows back and the half price offer was enticing. I made the right choice . I was not completely satified with results in the beginning, but Cutting Image did offer to correct the minor issues I had. Their senior stylist Tia come on her day off to correct a coloring mishap.
Pros: hours and availability for walk ins
Cons: not having a receptionist. the stylists answer the phones and greet walk ins
