i agree completely with jp....couldn't have said it better.....i bought a home from them and was promised things in front of workers that were never given to me by the builder himself (Daren). The brothers seem to have steered the father away from my house because when he saw the condition of my house, he said (this is after I had been living in it for a year) that we never should have been allowed to move into it. He also asked why he hadn't done his walkthrough on the house...apparently the one son didn't want him to see the condition of my house....I've been in my house for almost 2 years and still, I have not had my walkthrough list completed from the day of settlement nor have i had my 6 to 9 month checkup list done. The real kicker....i used to sell for them and this is how they treated me....from what i understand this experience is common across ALL of their developments.
Pros: nice looking houses
Cons: bad customer service followup, owners son promises things but doesnt keep promises
