Same experience here as the other guys. It seems like Altieri is gaining notoriety among current homeowners who bought homes from them. I want to make sure they don't victimize other people. My wife and I have had a horrible experience with Altieri since we bought a home from them. The house was not properly turned over and Altieri did not provide a proper walkthrough. They have not paid utilities whilst they occupied the property and we had to pay 3 months' worth of utility payments to clear our name. They did not honor the warranty on the house so we had to pay for repairs. The purchase contract included a washing machine and dryer. Alteri refused to provide both. Despite numerous calls, email and letters, Altieri never responded. We are just ordinary citizens who have purchased the home from them in good faith. They should be held accountable and be penalized for unethical and horrible business practices.
