Businiess name:  Altieri Homes
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
At least some of the other reviewers actually got a house. I know there are several other buyers, including myself, who have signed a contract, given deposits, and yet there has been NO progress on building our homes for MONTHS now. I mean NO work being done, period - no crews working, nothing. Attempts to contact Altieri to obtain status on what the heck is going on by phone and email are completely ignored. However, if you contact them through the Attorney General's Office, they are quick to respond that nothing is wrong and that there are just ""delays."" Funny they can't respond to the buyers with that same response. At this point we just have to wait out the 9 months they have build our home from the signing date (as stated in our contract) and when that is not completed we'll have to pursue some sort of legal action (I'm sure) to get our money back. Cons: Everything!
