Review content:
This place is ok - a couple of weird things to note: they make you sign and date your information packet every time you visit (I've been 4 times and signed 4 times). Not a big deal, but it's annoying and clearly the staff is following a set of prescribed rules without thinking about their practicality. Also, they automatically make you smell oils and then rub them into your clothing without warning or at least asking first. While I realize they are trying to create a relaxing environment, it is very scripted and rude - not everyone enjoys this. Finally, there is no real waiting area - if you arrive early you are forced to sit in 1 of 2 chairs in a hallway and if there are more than 2 people waiting you must wander around rather awkwardly. The services they provide are good and a good value, but it is so uncomfortable that I probably won't return.
Pros: Good services, good value
Cons: Too regimented - particularly the receptionists.
