In the last 6 months I've had my Saturn Ion serviced for body repairs 3 times. I rely heavily on my car to get me to school and work, so being without it for a few days or a few weeks is always stressful, not to mention dealing with the insurance companies. WFAB made the car repair process as easy for me as possible by providing quick service, worked directly with the insurance companies to process the claim and get all necessary repairs approved, helped with car rentals when needed, and kept me up to date about the status of the repairs through phone calls, e-mails, and pictures throughout the repair process. Additionally, all of the staff were friendly and answered all of my questions and concerns.
After the third time my car was in for body repairs the insurance company finally totaled out my car. I hope I don't get into any accidents with my new car, but if I do, WFAB will remain my go-to body shop for any repairs. I also highly recommend this shop to anybody who needs auto body repairs from a trustworthy, friendly, and quick service shop.
