I've been going to Woburn Foreign Auto Body for about a year and a half. They're affiliated with my Jaguar dealer, and I have Progressive for insurance, and I wanted to make sure when I got the Jag painted, I was getting factory paint and factory work done on the car, rather than just some guy and an air sprayer.
I just think Woburn is so great. Even though I live in Quincy now, I still make the 25-30 minute drive, they're so professional. The gentleman I've dealt with from day one, Peter, he just doesn't have that horrible Massachusetts attitude that everyone has that you're doing them a favor. Everyone in the office is so nice, they really take the pain out of body work. If every office was like them, the world would be a better place. I get better service and treatment at the body shop than I do at the Jag dealer. I went to a buy new car and was treated like rubbish.
I would give Woburn a 5 on service, but I found that they made a mess in the back of my Jag while they had it in shop recently. They did a good job on the work that needed to be done, but there was all this blue gunk left in the tire well of my trunk. It was like, "Ooh, that's not like them," but they did. I'm very surprised because usually Peter takes care of everything. They're good in general. I just think somebody got too busy and didn't clean up. Things happen.
