It really feels like these people really care. Everytime I've call I get very personal service, the people remember you here. My account exec asks me how my daughter's doing at cheerleading whenever I call. It just feels good after Katrina to know that I'm with an agent that knows me, knows the city, these people went through everything we went through. I appreciate how they helped me with my Katrina problems so much that I don't think I'd ever want to go to another agent.
