I've been with these people since they were called Oxford. I don't like talking insurance. Ever since Katrina, whenever somebody says insurance I cringe. But these people really seem to know what they're doing. They always manage to work things out for me. And it doesn't hurt that they're staffed with the cutest women in Metry. more

Best customer service for an insurance agency in the whole metro area 7/29/2008

First of all this listing is all wrong. This is an insurance agency that's been in business in Metairie for as long as I've owned a car. They sell home, auto, and commercial insurance. The phone number is (504) 846-3500 (the number listed up top is their fax number). I don't know where CitySearch got their info, but it's misleading. Pros: They're local so they actually understand the city and its people Cons: They're local and they get wiped out during hurricanes, too more

Amazing Customer Service 7/24/2008

It really feels like these people really care. Everytime I've call I get very personal service, the people remember you here. My account exec asks me how my daughter's doing at cheerleading whenever I call. It just feels good after Katrina to know that I'm with an agent that knows me, knows the city, these people went through everything we went through. I appreciate how they helped me with my Katrina problems so much that I don't think I'd ever want to go to another agent.
