I am one of the girls that Lou harassed and caused to cry more than ones. Lou and Cindy's unprofessionalism is repulsive. Lou is in his best behavior when he knows that someone is there to check out the class, but once you have paid and signed that contract all hell breaks lose. He is very violent, condescending, stubborn, and disrespectful. You never know when his madness will trigger. I almost want to say he's bipolar, but I'm not a doctor.. Cindy is worth nothing because she is only there to be manipulated by Lou, and Lou's illogical orders is all that matters. My best advise to everyone is to do your research before you choose a school. I guarantee that if you do your research, you will find that this is the worst school to attend in Southern California.
