Review content:
Scheduled Directv installation and took time off work. Tech did not show, no call, nothing. Called Directv to tell them they did not show. We were scheduled on a Friday afternoon. They tell us to call Mastec next morning on Saturday to tell them to put us on schedule first thing that morning. (Directv also rescheduled us for the following Wednesday in case we can't get them out there) I call at 8:00 a.m. Very unprofessional phone service. Finally, I'm told tech got stung by bees day before and they were short handed and forgot to call. Did not schedule us the next day because they saw that Directv had scheduled another spot for the next week and saw no need to hurry up. We only rescheduled because Directv told us to if they couldn't get us in that Saturday. After being on hold several times they agreed to come out on Sunday. Not expecting them to show or call.
