Rescheduled 4 times and still could not find a place to put the dish (well more like decide). Many broken promises to show up or to call back with none of them fulfilled. Attitude of installers and supervisors was one of lack of care for needs of customer and even sarcastic. I missed 3 days of work for them to come out. Tech comes out on final day and wants to argue about running a line to my attic so I could have the cable in my master bedroom and that he would charge me $50 for a wall fish even though its all drilled out and in an uninsulated wall. Had him run the wire to the attic and ran the wall fish myself. 3 mins job. HIs reason ""if I""m going in the attic I'm gonna charge you, it's gonna be 150 degrees up there. Sorry since when was this a desk job. I thought our local cable company Charter was bad (and it is all around), but the installers for directv are TERRIBLE. I really like DirecTV itself but if this is the only company doing installs for them, they're gonna lose many a customer.
