funny how this place has always been ""the place"" i wanted to go to eat at as ?early as my teens, and when i became an adult. the prices have always been on the high side for us though, which is why we never went.
late last year, several family members and i ate there for the first time. we ordered everything we wanted, plus more. we all felt the same way about the place.
funny thing is, the food wasn't all that. i guess it has always been the atmosphere and the unattainable-ness before that made it so alluring.
just so-so the food. well, maybe worse actually. i think a couple of us kind of got sick from a couple of their dishes.
