Review content:
Karate West is a great place for families to train in the martial arts. For our children, who both started training when they were little, Karate West taught more than just karate moves. They learned important life skills that reinforced what we were trying to teach them at home, including respect, hard work, perseverance and the value of a good education. They also learned effective self defense techniques as well as how to deal with bullying in school. For my wife and I, we greatly improved our fitness and appreciate the stress relief that martial arts training provides. Karate West is terrific member of our Eastside community, providing free self defense workshops for women and children in local schools and churches and regularly participating in local, national and international charity efforts.
