Review content:
My wife & I have been visiting the Pub since before we were married (1958). Even tho' the ownership has changed, they still serve a phenomenal dinner. The salad bar is second-to-none! MMMM! GOOD. Now, for recent disappointments: We arrived with 5 friends recently & there was no way to check our coats. Then, we love to sit in the lounge area & sip a cocktail, but we were embarrassed by the condition of the room. The once cozy little chairs were decrepit! Arms slashed, worn to a frazzle, simply beat! The place looks like it's doing all right, but you couldn't tell by the decor. I think that the drinks have slipped as well. Once gigantic. Not any more. I even fished a piece of fuzz (I think) out of my glass of Merlot. PLEASE! Correct these problems. We have many happy memories of The PUB to wander elsewhere. Pros: FOOD, SERVING SIZE, COFFEE Cons: DECOR, DRINKS, SMOKING
