Just bought a brand new Mazda3 5-door at Roto through the Costco Auto Program after my last Mazda was totaled in an accident. Like John D., I worked with Ryan Powles and Gary Smith and had the pre-negotiated prices in hand when I walked in, test drove the Mazda and a Subaru I was interested in, made a decision and got the deal done without any car salesman pressure or games. It was easily the best experience I've ever had at a car dealer.
I haven't had to deal with their service department yet, but after the treatment I got from the sales staff, I'll definitely give them a shot in the future
