I have only had to do routine Maintenance on my Mazda, the oil changes are cheap ($13) and so is tire rotations. They aren't the speediest though. Hopefully my good luck with them...

Because of how easy it was and how nice they were. I'd go back when I need service done on my car. I'm pretty confident the process will be easy and the job will be done right. more

I bought last 3 cars at Roto 3/1/2011

First to admit I bought my last 3 cars here. I think the sales and service departments are top notch. They don't come off sleazy. Which is why I keep going back. They're not going to promise something they can't deliver on and they don't pressure you (not getting phone calls or e-mails weeks after you come in to "look" and then leave). more

Submit offers and counter-offers and got prompt responses considering the deal was made around the time where cash-for-clunkers was in effect. I am a pretty aggressive negotiator but didn't hear any harsh comments from Roto unlike the people at Skokie/Evanston or Gerald Subaru. Got the best price and value from Roto, not some BS about how nice their complex is or what new gimmick they have on Saturdays that have nothing to do with saving you money. more

I have to say that going here to purchase a vehicle turned out to be a delightful experience. I always have doubts about sales people and whether or not they are being honest. I have to say that I would recommend them to my close family and friends. I am happy with the customer service department more

Nice and respectful 2/1/2011

I like the large fellow at the front desk, he's nice and respectful. I had my car in there the first 3 years for oil changes (to stay within warranty), my 30k checkup, and most recently a transmission flush (which requires a special machine and I wasn't going to go to a Jiffy Lube) all of which were for maintenance purposes. They did a pretty good job and I never had any issues. more

Bad: they are not telling the truth about the service that needs to be done, so they can get money from you. Improvements: be honest with their customers and return money when they know they were wrong. Other: I will never go there again for any services, and would not recommend that place to anyone.. more

Roto Lincoln is horrible. 2/17/2007

I purchased a Lincoln Town Car at Roto LIncoln in Arlington Heights, IL. The place is one big scam. The financing guy totally scammed me and I filed a complaint with the BBB. I can't believe what he said to me but it was ridiculous. I will never buy a car from that dealer. When I called the dealership to complain to the GM he pretty much blew it off. more
