My wife and I have dinning at your restaurant for five year since we move to N. San Diego.
Your restaurant in San Marcos, CA has been our favorite place. It?s were we dine for our anniversary ever year. We have always loved your Smoke Apple Chicken dinner with garlic mash potatoes.
On Friday 8/07/2009 we again dine there. But the service and the food were terrible. Our chicken was old, dry, and hard to chew. It was greasy, tasted terrible, and the skin was like leather. I even choke on it trying to get it down! On top of all that our waitresses (Channel) never check on us even one time. The only time I saw her was to give us the bill for $ 35.02. Which I wish I had never paid! I am very disappointed with your restaurant. My wife and I have decided to never go there again. I can?t believe it has gotten so bad.
