i Received a gift certificate here for my birthday. i was overly excited & couldnt wait to get pampered while sipping wine @ what was supposed to be a high end establishment...
Walking in... there were 3 girls leaning against the wall staring & making me feel very AWKWARD
the Lady @ the front was chatting happily in the back room while myself & others waited in line
i was on time for my appointment yet had to WAIT 30 minutes to be called back.
while i waited i witnessed other customers get offered wine beer etc; WHERE WAS MINE???
i do look young but the annoying profile card they made me fill out clearly stated my age.
NOT one damn water, soda or friendly face came my way
Once in the massage room the lady said shed give me 2 minutes to undress...15 minutes later she finally returned.
2 out of the 3 times i called & the woman on the phone was EXTREMELY RUDE ""Correcting"" My lack of knowledge about nails & then LYING about an upgrade price....Good Thing i had an extra 20 dollars on me @ the register
Needless to say i didnt have a good experience here & will NOT be Wasting my money here again or recommending this dreaded place to anyone!
