All About Me Day Spa

I used to be a regular client to this day spa many years ago. It used to be great. I recently moved back to the area and went in for a brazilian and a pedicure. I was taken back for my brazilian ontime with Stephanie. (who was hightly reccomended over the phone by Beth) My brazilian was so fast and rough i couldent believe it. Upon compleation of my waxing service I noticed that the trash can was left open, as i glanced in the trash there was no trash except ONE jumbo popsicle stick and a few wax strips. That meant she had to have double dipped! That is Discusting and unsanitary. Who knows how many other brazilian wax she had done on previous people and used the same stick. I dressed and was seated for my pedicure. Soon to be greated by a rude nail tech. Throughout my pedicure she was exceedingly rough with her clippers and cuticle pusher. Also upon further inspeciton of the nail room I noticed how dirty it was.The Pedicure tub I was seated at was broken, the massager didnt work and had been duck-taped to try and ""repair"" the chair. The Pedicure tub next to me was leaking and dirty towels had been thrown over it to try and soak up the excess water. The cloth towel hamper was so discolored from mold and mildew, and the room was so uncomfortably hot! When I complained to the desk about how rough both technicians where,how dirty it looked and the fact that during my brazilian she double dipped, I was given the excuse that they are waiting on new equipment, and the only reason she would have doubble dipped would be that she was using the last bit of wax in her pot only on me.(did I mention her wax was more than half full, I feel sorry for the people waxed after me) And I was given a $5 ""me money"" to put towards my next service. Needless to say I will not be back and they can keep their ""me money"", I wont be needing it. I was VERY UNHAPPY. Please save your money and go to a better day spa. more

All About Me is a great place to go and get pampered and relax! I have been going there religiously for over 5 years! Pam is amazing with manicures, pedicures, as well as acrylics and advice!!! The other ladies are amazing as well. Steph is great with waxing and Anna is an amazing masseuse! My sister, mother and myself went the week of my wedding and we had a great time and now we are all set to go again for my sister's wedding. The wine is great and they are all so nice. Beth (owner) is amazing and always has the customer is always right mentality! The only down side is the receptionist....she can be a bit rude sometimes, but maybe she is just having a bad day! more

The receptionist whose name begins with a T is so rude. She was rude on the phone when I made an appointment. I should have taken that as a clue. She was so snobby-- I had come from the gym so I was very casual. When I presented my card, she was more friendly. The owner needs to clean house and get new staff. Cons: RUDE more

Awesome Massage more than I expected . Facial was very relaxing and my skin felt great. I got offered some water and as I was waiting for my facial I also got offered some covered chocolate strawberries. The service that I thought wasn't so great and felt it could improve would be the pedicure .The lady who was doing my pedicure wasn't as professional as she started talking about my feet ..yeah and not in a good way. I think I could have gone around the corner from my house and received better service for a pedicure. The BIG lady that does the nails totally was very unprofessional as when I left the room, she decided to start talking to the lady who had done my feet and being very negative while my sister who was still sitting in the room listening to all this . She could have waited until we both had left . I most likely would NOT recommend this place to anyone I know. If the owner reads these comments and doesn't want to loose business hire another manicurist and if she is the owner all I can say is WOW you sure need to be more professional ! Something that I don't like about the facials offered here is they dont stay in the room the whole time. They apply a mask ""to set"" and then leave the room for 15 minutes. Pros: cheap Cons: not good service more

i Received a gift certificate here for my birthday. i was overly excited & couldnt wait to get pampered while sipping wine @ what was supposed to be a high end establishment... Walking in... there were 3 girls leaning against the wall staring & making me feel very AWKWARD the Lady @ the front was chatting happily in the back room while myself & others waited in line i was on time for my appointment yet had to WAIT 30 minutes to be called back. while i waited i witnessed other customers get offered wine beer etc; WHERE WAS MINE??? i do look young but the annoying profile card they made me fill out clearly stated my age. NOT one damn water, soda or friendly face came my way Once in the massage room the lady said shed give me 2 minutes to undress...15 minutes later she finally returned. 2 out of the 3 times i called & the woman on the phone was EXTREMELY RUDE ""Correcting"" My lack of knowledge about nails & then LYING about an upgrade price....Good Thing i had an extra 20 dollars on me @ the register Needless to say i didnt have a good experience here & will NOT be Wasting my money here again or recommending this dreaded place to anyone! My mother and I have been going to All About Me for over a year now for our ?mother/daughter? days and we have never had an issue. I love the place. The staff is always very nice. They are always very clean, in fact they have an autoclave to sanitize their instruments. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! more

I loved everything about this spa. My facial service was wonderful and I will go back. Contrary to the other comments, the lady at the front desk was very professional...which was refreshing. I was treated very well and taken good care of. Anyone seeking affordability combined with exceptional service, go to this spa! more

I bought my mom a gif card for mothers day last year..and on the back of the card it said it expires in 12 months. When i tried to use it again before the year...""the owner"" stated that it was HER option that it would expire in 6 months, BUT what the HECK...I still had around $100 on the card...so wheres my money?!?!?! My mom and I were very upset. This situation still hasnt been resolved. Cons: Rude Service more

My wife and I went in to inquire about thier services - the dark haired woman at the desk wearing glasses claimed to not be the owner and was very rude. In addition to being a bad liar - she answered the phone while we were there and identified herself as the owner to the caller! more

Went to purchase skin care items and was given the wrong price for the items that I wanted!!! When I told the receptionist that the price must have went up, she peered at me over her glasses and she didn't even double check that she had given me the correct price. Lucky for me that I am familiar with the ""regular"" price of the particular items. The owner is nice, however she was not there at the time. more
