I've always loved Thai food but Silk Thai is unlike any other - after discovering it about a year and half ago I'm not happy eating Thai anywhere else.
The pad see ew with beef is by far the best I've ever had, and the pad thai with chicken is also high on the list. If you are there in the summer definitely order the mango with sticky rice (it is seasonal) - for some reason the Thai mangoes are just that much better than the regular version.
The owner Sarah is incredibly nice and treats her regulars very well.
Pros: great food, great service, incredibly nice and social owner
Cons: not open late or on sundays
