It is obvious that the positive reviews are planted by Metro cabs STAFF...last Friday was the third time I have had problems with these guys. I called 5 minutes before pick-up time and told that the car was on it's way and there in 15-20 minutes ... half an hour later, I called and they said 10 minutes .I tried twice more to get through but they did not answer..when they did, they asked if I'd got a cab yet...when a car did arrive (AN HOUR LATE ) it was so late that we hit the usual rush-hour traffic .. I will never be using these idiots again and will be making sure that nobody I know ever books with them. Out of spite . I wish I could give zero-stars.
