Review content:
Recently they have been asking renter to pay the bills to fix apartment after they live. They will not tell you until you move out. They will send you all bills to fix carpet , wall color etc. Recently they made their renter to pay about $4000-$ 5000 after they moved out and left the town. Once you are no longer living in johnson city, It is hard to negotiate anything.
Pros: Now it is bad place to rent and live......
Cons: They try to rip off renter who is moving out......
