Silver Creek Luxury Apartments

I got a call after 3 days I left the apartment /state . They said I have to pay $5,000- 10,000 but sent me a $3,500 bill. I was already in another state that time So, I contacted with a Lawyer in Johnson city then settle down to $ 3,000 for carpet,paint &maintanance etc. That was really frustated situation for my family . They did not do any sign in inspection so how do they do sign out inspection after accept the property key. This is ridiculus!!!!!!! more

Recently they have been asking renter to pay the bills to fix apartment after they live. They will not tell you until you move out. They will send you all bills to fix carpet , wall color etc. Recently they made their renter to pay about $4000-$ 5000 after they moved out and left the town. Once you are no longer living in johnson city, It is hard to negotiate anything. Pros: Now it is bad place to rent and live...... Cons: They try to rip off renter who is moving out...... more

I'm originally from Indiana, so the prices don't seem that bad to me. The apartment is wonderful, pets are allowed and welcome, the area and location are beautiful and the people are friendly and educated. Perfect for young couples, families, college students and elderly. Really, for any walk of life. I HIGHLY recommend Silver Creek apartments, and I'm very happy to live here. Pros: Great people and nice apartments, pets allowed and welcome. Cons: No fitness center. more

I currently live in SilverCreek, and I enjoy it very much. Yes, the rent is high, as are the utilities, but overall, its very nice. Its quiet, not too crowded, clean, the residents and staff are always friendly, theres always plenty of parking, the lake is pleasant, though not the nicest in the world, the stream is great for kids to explore in, and it's very conveniently located right next to Roan Street, which houses the mall, grocery stores, drug-stores, movie theatre and restaurants, among other things, and is also only a 10 minute drive to ETSU. more

I have to say that for the price you have to pay to live here it is not worth it. This place has no fitness center, nor any other places to workout. The landscaping and the ""laundry mat"" are below par. How can there be so many people but only two washers and two dryers? (note that they barely work) So if the rent is so high, and everything is below par then where is all the money going? (Do the math.) The front and rear decks need to be pressure washed and the trash areas need to be maintained better. This area is only served by Charter Communications (which has to be the worst provider ever), and any other provider is not allowed by the apartment complex. The pros to this area is that it is close to everything, and the maintenance worker is very friendly. more

The owners are so friendly and willing to help you with anythin..I strongly suggest these apartments more
