If you are planning on getting married anytime soon or know somebody who is getting married (and you like them) I would urge them not to go to the Bridal and Tux Center (they have two locations St. Paul/Oakdale and Plymouth Four Seasons Mall). When I ordered my bridesmaids dress (from the Plymouth location) I was assured I would get the dress in a timely manner. I received the dress four days before the wedding and the person who measured me did it wrong, it was about 2 inches two small around the rib cage. I ordered a maternity dress and you'd think they would account for a growing body during pregnancy. The owner of the store has not done anything at this point to try to compensate me for the stress I went through, she was rude to me on the phone and refused to make sure that everything was going to work out okay. I feel like they got their money now it is my problem to figure this mess out. It is now three days before the wedding and the pregnant Maid of Honor still doesn't have a dress to wear down the isle. I have been in several weddings and have never been treated this poorly at a bridal shop in my life! Cons: Not a fun experience, very stressful!!!
