Umi Sushi has the best sushi in San Jose. As someone who has been eating sushi for over twenty years, this is one of the best!! The fish is very fresh and practically melts in your mouth. The rolls are creative, delicious and made with great care and are a wonderful creation of taste and spice. The chef (Hee) is very friendly and has many different types of Sake that he can educate you on! The wait staff is fantastic as well and you never have to ask twice for anything. Our favorite rolls are: Pink Dragon, Cherry Blossom, Green Dragon, and their special Dill Salmon! Also you can't go wrong with the Almaden Special Tuna Roll, a unique combination of spicy tuna, tuna and this amazing sauce with dill and garlic. True sushi lovers will find this place to be a gem among restaurants in San Jose.
