My wife and I went to Spencers on a company dinner a few months back. We enjoyed the food and service so much that we invited our waiter to join us after dinner for drinks at the bar. He was sensational, and we really enjoyed ourselves. We still tell everyone who is traveling to SLC to make sure they have dinner there.
P.S. Since it was on company money the price was OK. If it was on my dollar, it would have been a bit spendy.
P.S.S. While we were there, about half of the Utah Jazz Players came in to have dinner after a game. It was a lot of fun.
