Review content:
For 800 square feet they charged me 105 dollars. To the average person that doesn't know how much about the pest control business, this may seem average but trust me it is not. I was a pest control tech for 2.5 years and recently got out, and i know that this price is way to high, the most we ever charged for a small apartment was 65 and that was only, and only if they did not want a 6 month membership, if they did, it would drop to 30. When i confronted them and asked them how they could justify that price, they said the price was not negotiable with no further explanation, even after i told them that they should not be taking advantage of unsuspecting people. They are making a killing. Call someone else, this company is taking advantage of people and when confronted about it, they would rather loose your service than give an explanation.

Cons: cant justify why they charge so much
