Buffo's Pest Control & Lawn

I work in facilities management. The comapy that I work for has used Buffo's in there production facility & warehouse office building. We have audits all the time. We have never had a problem passing the pest control sections of the audit. They service our fly system & rodent equipment and do the pest control. We just had a national company come in to bid and explain there work. We also let them audit what we have Buffo's doing. They found nothing to complain about. I was shocked. This is a great company. I use them at my home to. Nice goup of guys working for them. Everyone should have Buffo's. Thanks for taking care of all my needs Kevin more

Okay I just have to say I have used a bunch of pest control companies in the past. Buffo's is AMAZING from the girls in the office that I have talked to, the service techs that came to my home. They are very friendly know what they are doing and take the time to listen to the problem I am having. I have them do my Lawn care & Tree care now. I have not had a problem. From reading a few reviews and the info on the company I can see why they have been around for over 50 years thats outstanding! I would recommend them to anyone. I just passed the info on to our Facility Manager at my work becuse he was so unhappy with the service we are getting. I know they will make him happy to. Thanks Buffo's keep it up for the next 50 years more

From watching the News last night, again seeing problems with a company doing service in and around homes. I started to think of how many companies have coming knocking on my door in the last few months. And a few of my neighbors used them to not be happy at the end. Pros: Outstanding Service, Know what they are doing Cons: None! more

Destroyed my rose bushes, burned spots in my lawn and did not solve any of my pest control problems. The technician they sent out smelled like a brewery. Very displeased!! Then try to talk to someone at there office, good luck there, so much for ""the customer is always right"" their motto should be ""take the money and run"" Pros: Very good at spraying my lawn with VERY EXPENSIVE WATER Cons: Stole my money and refused to give it back more

Called Buffo's from an add last year at the beginning of summer to get rid of swarms of wasps living in our willow and Aspen trees. Buffo's came the very next day. They indicated the results of the spray may only last a month, but we didn't see any wasps for the rest of the year. The wasps are back this year and have stung my children again. I just called Buffo's at 2:00pm today. They will be at our home at 8:00 am tomorrow to spray again. Pricing is very fair considering the results we had last year. I am sure there are other companies who provide similar service, but I have no need to look further. I will continue to use Buffo's here on out. If I do experience something negative, I am equally willing to post that information as well. Don't hold your breath though. As per the comment about taking advantage. The comment is on its own unfair. This is a great company. That guy should have called around most companies are around the same pricing. Do your own homework here. The guy said that Buffs charged him or told him is charge would be $108 but when he was doing pest control it would have been $65 on a 6 month contract that would be more then $108 over time. This company has been a utah staple for 50 plus yrs me and my family have used them and love there care. They take the time to make you happy. I truly am lost by this other comment about not carrying they do and they stand behind it with there great service. more

For 800 square feet they charged me 105 dollars. To the average person that doesn't know how much about the pest control business, this may seem average but trust me it is not. I was a pest control tech for 2.5 years and recently got out, and i know that this price is way to high, the most we ever charged for a small apartment was 65 and that was only, and only if they did not want a 6 month membership, if they did, it would drop to 30. When i confronted them and asked them how they could justify that price, they said the price was not negotiable with no further explanation, even after i told them that they should not be taking advantage of unsuspecting people. They are making a killing. Call someone else, this company is taking advantage of people and when confronted about it, they would rather loose your service than give an explanation. Pros: nice applicator Cons: cant justify why they charge so much more

I have had this company do work for me for years. I trust this company for one look at your phone book companys come and go in this kind of work. They have been around for ever my family used them when I was growing up and I will stay using them. Congrats to Buffo's for being a Utah house hold name, not to meany companies can say that anymore. Keep up the grat work and amazing service. more

I would recommend this company to anyone.The service was great.the service tech.was very friendly and took great time to explain what the problem was and how to correct it. It has been 90 days and no sign of activity. The last few companies we used where very unfriendly and my wife and I did not feel comfortable to have them in our home. Buffo's where above the rest.I hope you all have them out I know we will! more

I believe the technicians name is Mike. I believe he was drunk. He was rude, inconciderate and I felt like I needed an exterminator to remove him. He made innapropriate statements and passes at my friends wife and was frankly gross to be around. Cons: Disgusting Technicians, rude personnel more

I have used Buffo's every year for the last 5 years and I would highly recommend them to anyone. They were on time and did a great job. One year I had spiders come back I called them up and just like they said they would they sprayed my house again for free. more

I have had this company come to my house on serveral occations. Their techs are not properly trained to fight common household pests, such as fleas in my case. I tried to cancel service when they came to my door only to have them promise me that they could spray inside for free, this was a lie. I tried to sort the problem out by calling the company only to be treated rudely and was immidiately threatened with collections. Pros: Come on time, are reliable Cons: Will lie to you to get in your home, threaten you with collections, unable to work out problems with. more

I will never use Buffo's again. They were 5 hours late, they said they would be at my home at 8am and did n ot arrive until 1pm. They were rude about their scheduling error and offered no apologies. I wouldn't waste my money on a company with such poor business ethics ever again. more
