Review content:
If you purchase anything here be sure you won't have any issues with it, OR that the Manufacturer will return it.
I purchased a pair of Ski Goggles the manufacturer (Smith) acknowledged had a defect. Problem was I needed a new pair the next day. So I took the googles back only the be told that the have a ""strict return policy"" on any used/worn items. I skiied with these for 2 days, and water was able to get between the double lenses rendering them unuseable.
The manager looked at me with doe eyes and told me I could contact Smith since they have a lifetime warranty, but there was nothing she would or could do for me.
So, as long as your realize you are on your own after a purchase feel free.
But wait the story is not over yet. I then took a walk to a competitors stoe (begins with J ends with s), down the hill a way and bought a more expensive pair of googles. I told them the problem I had with the googles I had with me and they showed me a pair that was only 15 dollars more, exactly the goggles the Smith customer service rep recommended. As I was paying for them they asked if I'd like them to send the goggles I was not happy with back to Smith to see what could be done! They were willing to do this even though I not purchased them there. Now that is customer service.
