Review content:
I just got home from 2 hrs of driving back home. After a long drive of two hours, Vince, a ""supervisor"" at City Wide Property Management in Manhattan Beach failed to show me the place because he forgot to bring the key!
At the door of the condo where I was supposed to see inside today, I was abruptly told that he'd need to reschedule because he can't open the door. I asked him if he could contact the tenant since she still lives in the condo, though he didn't try and said that I'd simply need to come back another day to see the place.
While he knew I was coming from 2 hrs away to see the place, and also that I made myself available to see the place on a weekday as requested, I really couldn't believe how he handled the situation.
People make mistakes, but what matters is how you handle the situation. The way he acted towards me was not right. I am disappointed and was surprised how I was treated and that I had to experience what I experienced.
