Review content:
When a friend and I entered the theater the manager rudely approached us and asked ""what do you want?"" Startled, we asked to purchase tickets for a movie showing. He replied, again rudely, that the movie was not being shown there. He said scoldingly it was an old movie, and it wasn't there anymore. When we informed him that the movie was not only listed on the internet at his theater, but just that morning the phone message indicated it was there, he abruptly waved us off and said we were wrong. We stood there in shock for a moment then left. This was my first and last visit to this theater. Though the price is reasonable, the poor customer service is not worth the savings. I would rather pay more and get treated with respect. Neither I nor any of my friends will give this theater our business, and we will spread the word about the extremely poor customer service. Apparently the manager does not realize the importance of treating every customer courteously.
