Ive had the pleasure of doing business with one of your employees, Ben Beck, who certainly has the customers best interest at heart.
Last year I had taken my Lexus to an auto body shop in Newcastle to get some minor door dings and dents removed. Ben, who was an employee of this body shop at the time, looked over the damage and suggested that I wait to get the repairs made. He stated that although he could repair the damages for $300.00, it would be more advantageous if I waited, as life happens and there will no doubt be more door dings.
Ben was right! Life did happen and just a few weeks ago my car suffered severe body damage. The insurance company referred me to Exhibition Automotive. When I arrived at the shop for an estimate I was pleasantly surprised to find Ben, who was so gracious to me in the past, was now working at Exhibition Automotive. I could not have been more pleased and happier to see Ben.
It was like running into family; Ben remembered not only me, but my car as well. He did a very thorough estimate, explained every detail, and patiently answered all of my questions. I felt very at ease and confident leaving my car in Bens care, I knew it would be handled with exceptional expertise. I was not disappointed.
During the repair I was kept well informed, Ben called me several times throughout the repair to let me know how things were progressing.
Ben should be recognized for the outstanding professionalism that he exhibited in representing Exhibition Automotive. I have, and will continue to refer my friends, family and acquaintances to Exhibition Automotive.
