From the minute I walked in the door, the staff at Carstar Exhibition Automotive were attentive, polite, friendly and informative. I was kept up-to-date on the progress of my auto repair and even sent online pictures of the process. My car (my baby) was ready and waiting for me sooner than expected and was better than new! I highly recommend Carstar Exhibition Automotive!!!! more

When I dropped the car of they told me it would take 8 days not including weekends, so it was a total of something like 11 days. In the mean time they let me use one of the loaner vehicles they have. It was very nice of them to do that. However, it was a little embarrassing driving a Ford focus when you drive a Spyder and your girlfriend can't stand Fords. In any case it got me to where I needed to be. The Ford did make a lot of funny noises and did not smell so great. :( Ok, so back to my car... They ended up calling me on Friday which was 5 days later and they told me my car was finished. I was not able to get there before they closed so they stayed a bit later. THANK YOU SO MUCH BY THE WAY! I picked up my car and it was raining like crazy outside that day so I didnt get a chance to pay attention to the detail of the paint job that was done or anything else for that matter, I was just happy to get out of that Ford. So, the next day I get in the car when it is not raining, roll down the window and the window pops now when I roll the window up and down my window is being scratched (this happened for 2 days, it ended up fixing itself. Then I look up, my car is a convertible and they must have not covered the inside of the top well when they put it down to paint, because now I have a line of paint (not thick, just a thin line of the spray) inside the car. Now ever since I got the car back the car with hesitate to start, like the battery is going dead. I don't know yet what this is cause from. I do thank them for getting a radio code for me though because since I have had the car back I have had to use it. This place has wonderful face to face customer service and they are very nice people, something I didn't expect. I do thank them for making the paint job look amazing, I just wish everything else didn't break in the mean time. more

This is a quality company that performs exactly as they say they will. My auto repair was done on time, to my total satisfaction,and I am totally & completely pleased. They had originally contacted me immediately after I spoke with my insurance company, they were friendly yet professional, and they continuously updated me on their progress on my car. I LOVED the ability to go online & see daily photos of my car repair in progress. They were timely in getting the work done and were nice about working out my pick-up time according to my (bizarre) schedule. Last year I had taken my Lexus to an auto body shop in Newcastle to get some minor door dings and dents removed. Ben, who was an employee of this body shop at the time, looked over the damage and suggested that I wait to get the repairs made. He stated that although he could repair the damages for $300.00, it would be more advantageous if I waited, as life happens and there will no doubt be more door dings. Ben was right! Life did happen and just a few weeks ago my car suffered severe body damage. The insurance company referred me to Exhibition Automotive. When I arrived at the shop for an estimate I was pleasantly surprised to find Ben, who was so gracious to me in the past, was now working at Exhibition Automotive.
