I was T-boned, and it took a couple weeks for insurance to come through. When that happened and Farmers came through, I had originally chosen another company, but my rental car provider Hertz said they were attached with CARSTAR. I thought about it and realized my grandparents had used them when I was growing up. I went in a few days alter and met with Ben, one of the CARSTAR employees who deals with Farmers.
The repairs took longer and there wound up being a lot more. They did everything above and beyond to help me. Their customer service was phenomenal, and their repairs are perfect. I'm not very knowledgeable about cars, but when they needed to do something, Jeff called me every step of the way. I didn't understand why he was doing that, but in hindsight I just realize it was his personality and customer service going above and beyond.
