Not only are the facilities filthy, but the customer service is awful! When I went to pick up a gown that I had shortened and showed the owner and his wife how the hem was uneven, they became very aggressive and told me that their work was perfect and my gown was the problem. Reluctantly the owner began to re-measure - and I believe did it intentionally way too short to prove a point - and threw his yardstick in the corner because I was unhappy with the work. His wife came out and began to yell at us too telling us that everything was perfect and telling other customers that we were crazy. They don't even press or steam things here. The dress was totally wrinkled - even the hem. I honestly cannot believe the horrible customer service there and the outrageously high price for bad work. I guess you can tell a lot by a place on the appearance. They have magazines from the 90's and I don't think it has been cleaned since then either.
