Tailor's Touch

I had taken some very expensive jeans to have the lenth taken up but when I picked them up one leg was an inch shorter than the other. They said that they could fix them. When I came back they had essentially added an extention to one side. I complained and they tried again. when I came back the 2nd time to get them they told me that I would have to use an iron on the short leg only and stretch it each time I wore them??? They would stretch but wouldnt stay that way over an hour or so while wearing them. Anyway, they would not pay for them whan I ask them to so now Im stuck with a $200.00 pair of jeans that they messed up. Im really considering sueing if I find the time more

I agree with the previous person. Poor customer service and the store was dirty. My pants were hemmed way too short. more

Not only are the facilities filthy, but the customer service is awful! When I went to pick up a gown that I had shortened and showed the owner and his wife how the hem was uneven, they became very aggressive and told me that their work was perfect and my gown was the problem. Reluctantly the owner began to re-measure - and I believe did it intentionally way too short to prove a point - and threw his yardstick in the corner because I was unhappy with the work. His wife came out and began to yell at us too telling us that everything was perfect and telling other customers that we were crazy. They don't even press or steam things here. The dress was totally wrinkled - even the hem. I honestly cannot believe the horrible customer service there and the outrageously high price for bad work. I guess you can tell a lot by a place on the appearance. They have magazines from the 90's and I don't think it has been cleaned since then either. more
