My daughter, a friend, and I visited this shop on a Sat. with an appointment. Daughter filled out a card with the price of the gown we could afford. Maybe that price, a $2500 limit, was what caused the inattention to us. They were 20 min. late after our appointment time with no explanation that they were running behind. When my daughter went to try on dresses, my friend and I weren't given any champagne, water, or even offered a seat as there were two other brides with mothers/friends in front of their mirrors. We had to ask for a chair. There was no room for our daughter to even see what the dress looked like on until one of the other brides to be left. The saleswoman who waited on us was very knowledgeable about the dresses and fabrics, but none of what we were shown was over $800. I got the feeling that she thought we were wasting her time. I wouldn't recommend this shop for personalized service at all--matter of fact, we found a dress later that afternoon at another shop where we were the only customer scheduled for that time, had wonderful service, chairs, mirrors, drinks, and paid for it with cash!!
